What is The Art Of Management?
Art implies the application of knowledge & skill to trying about desired results. An art may be defined as the personalized application of general theoretical principles for achieving the best possible results. Art has the following characters – Practical Knowledge & Personal Skill
During the workshop, we will practice management planning, learn the same management styles by several models, test our personal style and learn what the modern management model is and acquire useful tools.
About the lecturer
This “Art Of Management workshop” will be conducted by our club member Bat-Sheva Grinberg. Bat-Sheva is the owner of MOVING UP, specializing in enterprise and business consulting for organizations and companies. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Organizational behavior.
The workshop is ideal for everyone who’s looking to improve his managerial skills and is suitable both for employees and business owners.
